Shana is  a local girl who grew up in the small community of Cross Cut and attended Cross Plains ISD K-12 grades.  Growing up she was active in sports and involved in junior rodeos, running barrels and roping as she got older.

Shana attended Tarleton State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hydrology and Water Resources and made some wonderful lifelong friends.  After college Shana  worked in the environmental field for 10 years while living in San Antonio and then moved back to her home town.

Shana is married to her high school sweetheart, Dustin Hinyard and together they raise cattle, a few pygmy goats and bale hay.  They love their hometown, the people there and feel so blessed to live in such a loving and caring community.

Christina grew up in Eastland and is now raising her two children in the small town of Carbon with her husband, Mark. She loves this community and small town living at it’s best. She and her husband are very involved with their church, where they have been members for over 10 years.

Currently renovating their own 100 year old house, Christina says she loves to see things come alive again, whether a neglected farm or a charming old house. New owners bring new life. She is devoted to spending her time learning and growing in her skills, as well as giving full attention to her client’s needs. Her goal is to help find the best property for her clients, whether they are looking for residential or farm and ranch land.

She loves exploring and learning about new properties, searching for everything available and finding what best suits your needs. She’s a good listener and motivated to making your experience, buying or selling, a pleasant one. This process is exciting!

With motivation and excitement Christina would love to find your slice of Texas. You can contact Christina on her cell phone at 254-631-8135 or email at craineyrealty@gmail.com.

Thomas grew up in Wall, TX and attended Angelo State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science.  Thomas and his wife Segelle live just north of Cross Plains and enjoy the quiet and peaceful living that only the country life can offer.  They (like many of us) are always working on their place to improve it and increase their grazing for their horses.

Having worked for Tex-Oma Building Supply before becoming a Realtor, Thomas knows the necessary steps for construction of your new home, barn or workshop project.

Thomas has an encouraging attitude and enjoys helping people see their strengths and accomplish their goals.

If you want a good listener who will work as hard as possible to find everything on your wish list, give Thomas a call at 325-725-4116 or email at Thomas-Bryan@hotmail.com

This place has finally started to look like an office, the sign was cut by  J&S Ag Fabrication and painted by Strength's Paint and Body.

One of my favorite things...

It has really taken shape...

Windows decorated for Christmas 2016

This "saloon" was once a bed frame ...headboard, side-rails and posts surround these mirrors for an old-time saloon look.

This was my first "window dressing" and I have been so excited to decorate the windows each year for Christmas and a few other occasions.
