This Callahan County cattle ranch has scattered Post Oaks, Live Oak clusters, some Mesquites and heavily wooded areas spread throughout. From the 4-way stop in Cross Plains take Hwy 206 North approx 7.25 miles to FM 569 and turn left. Follow FM 569 approx 3.25 miles to FM 3265 and turn left. Follow FM 3265 approx 2 miles to CR 407 and turn right. Follow CR 407 approx 7/10 of a mile and CR 407 will T into CR 403 and property will be on the north side of the CR. Take a right on CR 403 and follow approx 1.5 miles and the bulk of the property will be on your left. Signs will be on gates but call for an appointment.
From Cisco, take the exit for Hwy 206 south. Follow Hwy 206 south for approx 7miles to FM 2526 West and turn right. FM 2526 turns in FM 569, follow it for approx 6 miles to FM 3265 and turn right. Follow FM 3265 approx 2 miles to CR 407 and turn right. Follow CR 407 approx 7/10 of a mile and CR 407 will T into CR 403 and property will be on the north side of the CR. Take a right on CR 403 and follow approx 1.5 miles and the bulk of the property will be on your left. Signs will be on gates but call for an appointment.
